Yenny’s 5 self-care hacks to boost your Vitamin N
Take your shoes off and walk on the ground (dirt), grass or sand. It makes you ground yourself and connect with nature.
Climb a tree, hang on a brach or alternatively sit under the tree and read a book. Relax and enjoy the moment.
Go for a walk, a bike ride or a run in nature, city or a city park.
Create a herb garden or a micro garden inside or outside. Sometimes less is more.
If you have kids, go and do some activities with them at the beach, forest or in the neighbourhood. The important part is that you go outside and have a good time!
