In this episode, I talk to 13 year old Bella Grey who was diagnosed with EOS, Eosinophilic Oesophagitis, which means you have too many white blood cells in your throat, which causes inflammation and allergic reaction to certain foods. Bella has been to the hospital many times and had a feeding tube put in for many years to help her gain weight and the nutrient needed. Although she has had and still continues to have very tough days she shares her passion at the moment, cheerleading and why it makes her so happy. I also talk to Bella’s mum Sarah, who has created the charity ausEE, to help kids and adults who have the disorder, connect them with others, but also to raise money, awareness and hopefully a find cure one day.
